Al Hoceima: An octogenarian killed by his son

Parricide. A father was killed by his son on Tuesday, October 13, in the rural commune of Tamsaout in the Al Hoceima province. According to initial investigation reports, a man of about 80 years old, originally from the Douar Zaouia Al Ghamri, was found lifeless, lying in a pool of blood inside his home. Alerted, the Royal Gendarmerie of the Ikaouen and Ketama centers quickly arrived on the scene and arrested the murderer, who was placed in police custody. The body of the deceased was transferred to the morgue for forensic examinations. An investigation has been opened to determine the motive and circumstances of this parricide.
