Rabat – The temporary shutdown of intranet applications at the Fez Court of Appeal since Thursday is due to an internet connection outage following excavation work that damaged the main cable outside the court's perimeter, the Ministry of Justice indicated on Friday.
This shutdown only concerns the access of officials to computer applications and does not affect the digital services provided to users on the Mahakim platform, the ministry specified in a statement.
Maroc Telecom is currently carrying out a technical intervention to repair this breakdown and restore the connection as soon as possible, the same source assured.
While regretting this shutdown, which is beyond its control, the Ministry of Justice reassures all users, partners, and justice system professionals of the limited nature of this breakdown in time and space. It affirms that specialized technical services are working hard to restore service as soon as possible.
