The strategic vision of the Vicenne Group is structured around the following main pillars: Strengthening its positioning in existing activities; Developing new complementary products/businesses; External growth; Internationalisation.
This initial public offering, amounting to 499,999,984 MAD, aims to support the growth and development of Vicenne. It will be carried out through an increase in share capital reserved for the public.
Vicenne is one of the leading suppliers of equipment, solutions, and services with a high technological component intended for healthcare professionals in Morocco (hospitals, clinics, medical practices, laboratories, Ministry of Health, etc.). The Group has also been present in Senegal since 2018 and in Côte d’Ivoire since 2021.
Vicenne distinguishes itself through a strong positioning in high value-added segments, in particular: Heavy and semi-heavy equipment: radiotherapy equipment (e.g., accelerators), medical imaging (MRI, scanners, catheterisation rooms, etc.), operating theatres (ventilators, monitors, etc.); Implantable medical devices: heart valves, cochlear implants, etc.; In vitro diagnostics: equipment and reagents for laboratories, etc.; Management of infectious healthcare waste (DASRI).
The Group has established long-term partnerships with world-renowned international suppliers. Elekta, Philips Medical Solutions, Mindray, Abbott, and Beckman Coulter are among the reference brands, some of which are distributed exclusively by the Group in Morocco.
To best support its clients, the Group has technical departments composed of biomedical engineers and technicians qualified and certified by the manufacturers. These departments ensure the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment, as well as training and assistance for their users. They also monitor new trends in the sector, constantly searching for the latest innovations and new technologies.
Since 2020, the Group has made the strategic choice to diversify its activities through external growth, materialised in particular by majority stakes in the capital of Mabiotech in 2020, a reference player in medical biology, and Saiss Environnement in 2022, a major player in medical waste treatment.
With a broad and diversified portfolio of products and services (+25,000 references in medical equipment and +185,000 in medical devices) and serving more than 1,800 active clients, the Group is structured around 5 segments (Equipment, Consumables, Services, Waste Management, and International), each grouping one or more specialised BUs:
Equipment: Hospital equipment, Imaging, Radiotherapy, Laboratory; Consumables: Cardiology, Oncology & Surgery, ENT, Reagents for biology and chemistry analysis; Services: After-sales services and maintenance; Waste Management: Treatment of infectious healthcare waste (DASRI); International: The Group’s international activities.
The organisation by BU is deployed within the subsidiaries, with internal coordination ensuring operational synergy. Strategic coordination at the Group level guarantees overall coherence while leaving operational autonomy to the entities.
