Hospitality: Realites sells the Lincoln Hotel in Casablanca

The French group Realites has announced the finalisation of the sale of the Lincoln Hotel, an iconic Art Deco building located on Boulevard Mohammed V in Casablanca.
This rehabilitation project, conducted with local authorities and heritage experts, marks the culmination of an ambitious urban development project.
Still undergoing renovation, the hotel is preparing to begin a new life under the guidance of its future operator. Realites Maroc, a subsidiary of the group, will act as the delegated project manager.
The new owner aims to make the Lincoln a benchmark hotel destination, while preserving its historical soul.
