Casablanca: Closing of the 8th edition of the Al Omrane Expo
Held under the theme "Daam Sakane: a solidarity initiative for accessible housing for all", the 8th edition of the Al Omrane Expo closed its doors on Sunday, 1st June, at the Club Plein Ciel Paradise – Ain Diab.

A national exchange platform dedicated to housing and regional planning in the service of citizens and regional development, this exhibition was inaugurated last Thursday in the presence of the Secretary of State to the Minister of National Territory Planning, Urbanism, Housing and City Policy, in charge of Housing, Adib Benbrahim, and the Chairman of the Management Board of the Al Omrane Group, Housni El Ghazaoui.

In a speech delivered during the inaugural ceremony, Mr. Benbrahim affirmed that the "Al Omrane Expo" is an essential lever for boosting the national real estate supply, a real hub for investment opportunities, and a privileged forum for forward-looking exchanges between experts and sector stakeholders.

For his part, the Chairman of the Management Board of the Al Omrane Group, Housni El Ghazaoui, noted that this 8th Expo goes far beyond a simple exhibition of real estate projects. "It is a true space for dialogue and proximity, where we share our experiences, our programmes, and in particular the major government guidelines regarding housing".

He announced a major innovation for this edition, offering visitors the possibility to discover an immersive digital initiative through an Al Omrane digital avatar, designed to reflect our digital transformation strategy, reports the MAP.

The objective is clear, according to Mr. El Ghazaoui: more transparency, more interaction, and better proximity to citizens. He also noted that this approach is part of the group's desire to modernise its tools and support the changing expectations of users.

To concretise this commitment, the exhibition highlighted a diversified offer of housing and investment projects, accompanied by exclusive promotional offers accessible throughout the event.

The group's sales teams are mobilised to support each visitor in a personalised manner, according to their needs and expectations.

In addition, the exhibition also brought together all the players in the real estate ecosystem (banks, notaries, land conservation agencies, and professional organisations) in order to guarantee direct access to all the information necessary to effectively carry out an acquisition project, whether it be for residential use or a real estate investment.

On the sidelines of the exhibition, a programme of thematic conferences and expert panels was offered during the four days of the event to nourish reflection on the challenges of housing, urban development, territorial inclusion, and financing.

In this respect, Al Omrane Expo asserts itself as a true national platform for structured dialogue, at the crossroads of the visions of public authorities, territorial actors, the private sector, and citizens.

Through this new edition, the Al Omrane Group reaffirms its ambition to consolidate its role as a reference public actor, fully committed to the service of citizens and territories. Attentive to the real needs of the population, it continues to develop concrete, responsible, and adapted responses, in line with national priorities regarding housing, social cohesion, and inclusive regional planning.
