Casablanca Stock Exchange: Summary of the session of Wednesday, May 21

The Casablanca Stock Exchange ended Wednesday's session slightly lower, with a 0.18% decline in its main index, the MASI, which stood at 18,025.57 points.
Market trading exceeded 464.22 million dirhams, while market capitalization stood at more than 948.31 billion dirhams.
Agro-industry in the lead, transport services penalized
Among the most dynamic sectors of the day, the Agricultural Industry recorded the best performance with an increase of +7.29%. Conversely, the Transport Services sector posted the largest sectoral decline, down -2.14%.
In terms of individual stocks, Stroc Industrie stood out with a spectacular rise of +9.99% to 61.21 dirhams, followed by CMGP Group which gained +7.29% to 337.95 dirhams. Taqa Morocco rose by +4.39%, reaching 3,164 dirhams, while CTM and Involys recorded +2.49% and +2.46% respectively.
