Casablanca Stock Exchange: Summary of the session of April 23, 2025

The Casablanca Stock Exchange ended Wednesday's session on a slightly positive note. The MASI index rose by 0.11%, reaching 17,223.88 points, driven mainly by the good performance of the agri-food sector.
The "Agri-food and production" segment indeed posted the best sectoral performance with a notable increase of +2.97%, while "Financing companies and other financial activities" recorded the most marked decline of the day, falling by -2.91%.
Regarding trading, the volume stood at 171.16 million dirhams, concentrated on the central "Stock" market. Three stocks dominated the transactions: Label Vie (111.38 MDH), Itissalat Al-Maghrib (31.14 MDH), and Cosumar (29.33 MDH).
Market capitalization strengthened slightly, exceeding 898.91 billion dirhams.
