Located in Al Jamaa Al Arabia Square, the Arab League Square, the Syrian mosque is one of the most beautiful and special of Tangier was named in 2016 as one of the ten most beautiful mosques in the Kingdom of Morocco according to a renowned international media. Built in 1975 by the Syrian community of Tangier, it stands out for its slender oriental-style minaret, unique in the whole country.
