A new regional forensic centre in Tangier
The city of the Strait will be equipped with a new regional forensic centre, for which work has just begun. This was affirmed during a conference organised on Friday, 25 April, in Tangier, to present the current state of forensic activities in the region. With a total investment of nearly 10 million dirhams, 'the construction work for the future regional forensic centre was launched about two months ago. This project will be carried out in its entirety according to the international standards in force in forensic medicine,' emphasises Jamal Bakhat, forensic doctor and head of the hygiene and health control division in Tangier.
