Head of a cooperative in Sidi Lyamani turns to the Ombudsman institution - Al-Ousboue Assahafi

Jamal Aabida, head and manager of a cooperative located in Douar Ouled Attia, Sidi Lyamani commune, Tangier-Asilah province, has filed a complaint with the Ombudsman of the Kingdom against the Caid of the Sidi Lyamani command, requesting intervention to address the damage and seek justice.
According to the head of the cooperative, the Caid proceeded on 13.04.2025, at six o'clock in the morning, to demolish pillars belonging to the cooperative without prior warning or respect for the legal procedures in force, which caused serious material and moral damage to the cooperative and its members.
The complainant explained that the Caid intervened directly in the internal affairs of the cooperative to force a change in the composition of the board, and to expel a member who had previously been a prisoner and had been integrated into associative work, noting that wh…
