Some 157 people are set to benefit from a distribution operation of three-wheeled vehicles for goods transport in the province of Nouaceur, as part of the cross-functional programme of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH) for the year 2012.A first batch of these three-wheelers was handed over to the beneficiaries during a ceremony presided over by the provincial governor, Lahbil El Khatib, in the presence of local elected officials, representatives of civil society, local authorities, and the presidents of the urban commune of Bouskoura and the commune of Dar Bouazza.This initiative, which targeted members of two local associations, aims to encourage income-generating activities (IGAs), increase the beneficiaries' income, facilitate their integration into the labour market, improve goods transport conditions, and reorganise street vending.Carried out in partnership with…
