The participants in a meeting organised on Thursday in Nador by the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Protection of the Environment highlighted the richness and diversity of the natural heritage of the Marchica lagoon and the need to implement appropriate actions for its preservation and enhancement. During this meeting, which saw the presentation of the results of the mission of Moroccan and French experts conducted from May 29 to June 12 in the Marchica lagoon, the speakers pointed out that this lagoon is endowed with exceptional natural potential given the richness and diversity of its ecosystem, calling on all parties concerned to combine their efforts with a view to integrating this heritage into the social and economic development of the region.
