We stayed 2 nights there as part of Insight tour. The hotel was total disappointment. It was a very warm day. Our room on the second floor was facing west and were getting very hot. We opened the door to the balcony and it was extremely noisy due to the traffic on adjacent street. However AC was turned off and we were forced to endure the noise during our stay. The room was a decent size but the bed linen was old and shabby, pillows small and uncomfortable. There was a gap between shower enclosure and the tub- resulting in flooding the floor every time we took shower. Fancy lobby but terrible room deserving less than 2 stars.

Very good budget hotel. Rooms are good with daily cleaning by housekeeping. Excellent room service and breakfast, though service at the live counter could be faster.

This hotel has not been a good experience. 1. the Internet many times did not work or worked slowly 2. the sport equipment is broken 3. the breakfast that costs a lot for Morocco, does not a good selection of fruits. Most importantly the customer service is terrible: I asked for bananas and was told they would bring me, after 10 minutes I ask again, and they told me they would bring me, then I asked 3 times more and after over 40 minutes I am told that I have to pay extra. Then I start complaining for making me wait for 40 minutes and then telling me that I have to pay extra to the already buffet all inclusive breakfast, and they just walk away and refuse to talk to me.

Bad experience. Low service, they checked in the same room as other guest, sort of pass wifi, not clean sheets, and low food at the restaurant

I have visited and stayed in this spa I would love to get back in near future. I had a great time there.
