His Majesty King Mohammed VI presided, on Saturday evening at the Grand Stade de Marrakech, over the trophy presentation ceremony of the FIFA Club World Cup, Morocco 2013, won by FC Bayern Munich against Raja Casablanca (2 goals to 0).
After presenting the medals to the players of the teams that took the top 3 places, the Sovereign presented the FIFA Club World Cup (Morocco 2013) to the captain of FC Bayern Munich, Philipp Lahm. The Bavarians of FC Bayern Munich thus win their fifth title of the year (Champions League, German Championship, German Cup and European Super Cup). For its part, Raja Casablanca finished 2nd in the 2013 Club World Cup.
The third-place play-off match played during the day between Guangzhou Evergrande FC and Atletico Mineiro went in favour of the Brazilians (3-2).
