In detail, the "Walls and Fortifications" circuit allows visitors to dive into the heart of the city's history, to discover the architectural heritage and the main historical gates of the Medina. The "Crafts" circuit allows you to discover workshops and craft sales points through the discovery of the Souks of the Medina while workshops dedicated to embroidery, traditional weaving, and brocade are highlighted within the framework of the "Knowledge and Know-how" circuit. Also, crafts are at the heart of the "Monuments and Souks" circuit. For its part, the "Andalusian Palaces and Gardens" circuit highlights the Arab-Andalusian heritage of the Medina and the craft trade located on the route.

The last circuit "Fès Jdid" promotes the places of production and sale of crafts in the Mellah and Fès Jdid districts. The "Crafts and Medina of Fès" project benefited from a total amount of 95.5 million US$, of which 84.7 million US$ allocated to the craft sector. The project resulted in the installation of 308 tourist circuit signage panels and these house more than 2,113 points of sale for items or services.
