Educational farm: A space with multiple hats

Located 18 km from Casablanca, exactly in Dar Bouazza, the educational farm benefits from a privileged site, a wooded and landscaped garden covering an area of more than one hectare. It is an animation farm whose agricultural production serves above all as an educational support. This educational farm organises seminars, incentives, team building activities, lively evenings, weddings, fun-educational activities, cultural or even sporting activities. It invites an initiation into the Moroccan agricultural economy and allows for the awareness of the existence of biological rhythms. Through active pedagogy and eco-fun activities, the educational farm intends to bring the young city dweller closer to the land, to make them discover Moroccan biodiversity, and finally to sensitise them to the need to protect the environment. Ilham Benjelloun, founder of the concept, indicated that "the visits we have already had confirm the enthusiasm of schools for our pedagogical approach focused on: Discover, Understand, Act. We have designed specific programmes adapted to education from the 1st cycle to high schools. In addition to classic activities, we have brought innovations with the farm's flagship module 'Being an eco-citizen'. At the end of this module, which takes place over two days, the class commits, through a charter, to act for the environment".

The farm also offers groups guided tours and workshops for discovering Moroccan arts and popular traditions (making amlou, infusions from the farm's aromatic and medicinal plants, traditional cooking classes...).
