FIFM: H.R.H. Prince Moulay Rachid presides over a dinner offered by H.M. the King

Upon their arrival, H.R.H. Prince Moulay Rachid and H.R.H. Princess Lalla Oum Keltoum reviewed a section of the Auxiliary Forces that paid honors, before being greeted by the Minister of Economy and Finance, Ms. Nadia Fettah, the Minister of National Land Planning, Urbanism, Housing and City Policy and President of the Marrakech Commune, Ms. Fatima-Ezzahra El Mansouri, the Minister of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, Ms. Fatim-Zahra Ammor and the Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication, Mr. Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid.



H.R.H. Prince Moulay Rachid and H.R.H. Princess Lalla Oum Keltoum were also greeted by the Wali of the Marrakech-Safi region, governor of the Marrakech prefecture, Mr. Farid Chourak, the president of the Marrakech-Safi region, Mr. Samir Goudar, the president of the Marrakech Prefectural Council, Ms. Jamila Afif, and the president of the Mechouar-Kasbah Commune Council, Mr. Abderrahmane Ouafa.

H.R.H. Prince Moulay Rachid and H.R.H. Princess Lalla Oum Keltoum were also greeted by the vice-president delegate of the Marrakech International Film Festival Foundation, Mr. Faïçal Laraïchi, the Advisor to the President of the Foundation, Ms. Mélita Toscan Du Plantier, the artistic director of the Festival, Mr. Rémi Bonhomme, the financial Advisor to the President within the Marrakech International Film Festival Foundation, Mr. Azeddine Benmoussa, the treasurer general, Mr. Saad Imani, the secretary general of the Festival, Ms. Fadwa Megzari, the financial director of the Festival, Mr. Naoufal Bensouda, and the general coordinator of the Festival, Mr. Ali Hajji.

Subsequently, H.R.H. Prince Moulay Rachid and H.R.H. Princess Lalla Oum Keltoum went to the Honor Lounge where the jury of the 21st edition of the Marrakech International Film Festival, the foreign stars invited to the Festival and the foreign and national partners were presented to Their Royal Highnesses.

Placed under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the 21st edition of the Marrakech International Film Festival was opened, Friday evening at the Congress Palace of the Ochre City, in the presence of eminent figures and personalities from the world of cinema, art, culture and media, from Morocco and abroad.
