As part of the partial movement of authority agents initiated by the Ministry of the Interior, the Hay Hassani district prefecture recently hosted an installation ceremony for the new authority executives who have already taken up their duties. It is indicated that the new appointments coincided with the creation of three administrative annexes. Similarly, the transfers concerned the internal affairs division, the administrative annexes "Assalam", "Assaâda", "Hay Hassani", "Lissassfa", "Derb Jdid" and "Allaymoune", as well as the general secretariat of the prefecture.
The installation ceremony was presided over by Hanane Tajani in her capacity as governor of the Hay Hassani prefecture. It took place in the presence, notably, of elected officials, civil and military authorities, heads of external services, and representatives of political parties, trade union organisations, and civil society.
In a speech delivered for the occasion, Hanane Tajani emphasised the need to adhere to the new concept of authority, as well as the importance of going out into the field, one of the actions that must be the daily task of the authority agent, so that they can be aware of the citizens' concerns, within the framework of a proximity policy and in full respect of the principle of the rule of law. And regarding field visits, the young governor knows what she is talking about, given the recurring visits she makes to the neighbourhoods falling under the district. Surprise visits that have built her reputation at the Hay Hassani level and which are highly appreciated by the local residents. "It is also essential that a climate of mutual aid and coordination can reign between the authority agent and the elected officials, the heads of the various sectors and administrations, as well as with the actors of civil society who devote a particular interest to the management of public affairs," she stressed in essence.
Finally, the young lady did not fail to pay tribute to the outgoing authority agents, by praising the efforts they deployed during the exercise of their function and the sense of duty they have always shown.
