The Ain Sebaa district in the city of Casablanca has seen increasing disagreements at the level of the district council and mutual discussions about many files and issues related to the management of local affairs.
The ordinary session of the month of September turned into a station for discussion about a group of issues and irregularities that sparked controversy between the various components of the council, as the discussion included the financial envelope allocated to the Ain Sebaa district for the 2027 financial year.
Many points that were not decided upon were postponed until the attendance of a number of heads of the concerned departments, after the councillors demanded clarifications from them due to the importance of the subject in order to continue the discussion, as it was agreed to leave the session open to resume its work.
