The Aïn Sebaa Zoological Park will reopen its doors in June 2025 under delegated management. This ambitious project aims to make it a modern and educational space, inspired by the best international models. Closed since 2008, the Aïn Sebaa Zoological Park is preparing to be reborn under new management. During an extraordinary session held on 28 November, the Casablanca Communal Council, chaired by Nabila Rmili, validated a delegated management contract, announcing an opening scheduled for June 2025.
Inspired by the Valencia model in Spain, this 13-hectare park will house 45 animal species spread across three thematic zones representing Africa, Asia, and America. In addition to facilities dedicated to animals, it will include entertainment spaces, an educational farm, a veterinary clinic, as well as catering and picnic areas.
With a total budget of 250 million dirhams, this project, financed by the Ministry of the Interior, the communal council, and the Casablanca-Settat region, reflects an ambition to reinvent the city's cultural and recreational offering. However, entry will be paid, at 80 dirhams for adults and 50 dirhams for children, in order to guarantee the financial viability of the site.
