Fourteen students, boarders at a girls' boarding school in the city of Taza, were victims of food poisoning on the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, after having eaten meals, probably coming from outside the boarding school, we learn from the provincial delegation of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training.
The victims, who were transported to the Ibn Baja provincial hospital where they underwent initial treatment and a medical check-up, are currently in a stable condition that does not give cause for concern, the same source specifies.
This food poisoning was allegedly caused by meals that did not respect hygiene conditions, according to the provincial delegation of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training, which stresses that the results of the analyses must be awaited to know the exact causes of this poisoning.
