Tan-Tan Moussem announces the date of its 19th edition in conjunction with Unity Day – Aujourd’hui 24

The Almouggar Foundation has announced the organization of the 19th edition of the Tan-Tan Moussem, during the period from 30 October to 3 November 2026, under the theme "Tan-Tan Moussem: Human Heritage and a Bridge for Cultural Exchange", under the high patronage of King Mohammed VI.
The foundation said, in a press release, that the choice of the new date gives this edition a special symbolism, given its coincidence with the celebrations of Unity Day, which falls on 31 October, considering that the occasion meets the values embodied by the Tan-Tan Moussem, primarily bringing people together, renewing social and family ties, and celebrating national identity.
The events of the Moussem are expected to begin on Friday, 30 October, with a religious ceremony at the Zaouia of Sheikh Ma El Ainin Mohamed El Aghdaf, and will conclude on Tuesday, 3 November, with a major poetry evening.
