Massive influx of families to the Souks and markets of Tan Tan
The popular Souks and various shops in Tan-Tan are experiencing exceptional activity during the month of Ramadan, due to the massive influx of families stocking up on food products that are a staple of Ramadan tables. Thus, in the Souks and markets known in the city, as well as in public spaces, one can find a rich and diverse range of products typical of the holy month, notably traditional pastries of all kinds, notes the MAP. A look at the products on display, such as milk, meat, fruits, vegetables, and other basic food items, shows that the supply is sufficient and at reasonable prices to meet the growing needs of families during this holy month, across all categories and social classes.
