Heinous crime for a simple dispute

We are in the Berrechid region. This young man takes his moped this Sunday, 20 January, around 10 am, and takes the road from Ouled Abbou to Boulaouane. About ten minutes later, he notices from afar a human body lying on the road. Is it a victim of a merciless hit-and-run driver? To be sure, he stops his moped right next to the body and gets off. But looking at the body, he is horrified. There was reason to be: he had before him the corpse of a young man with hands and legs cut off and, moreover, charred.
