The National Ports Agency (ANP) will mobilize a budget of 21.59 million dirhams to develop the new fishing zone of the port of Laâyoune. Lasting seven months, this project aims to modernize the fishing infrastructure in the Southern provinces.
The works include the construction of heavy roads adapted to logistics flows, the securing of platforms along the new quays, and the depollution of water before marine discharge.
The site will also benefit from a drinking water network with supply terminals at the quay, reinforced fire protection, and active energy-efficient lighting 24/7.
