Plea for the "awakening" of cultural associations

When you think about it, it is not just agricultural drought due to a lack of rain; there is also cultural drought due to a lack of related activities. This is the case for the city of Khénifra, which is currently experiencing a deep daydream, with the exception of two or three sociocultural activities organised annually, whether on the short story, theatre, or visual arts. According to official statistics, there are only 630 associations in the city of Khénifra, all categories combined. Most of these entities, created in due form, remain without activities, without life, and without a soul. This stagnant situation is, to say the least, annoyingly surprising.
