Scheduled from October 15 to 18: National Festival of Heritage Arts in El Kelaâ des Sraghna

Event. The city of El Kelaâ des Sraghna will host, from October 15 to 18, the fifth edition of the National Festival of Heritage Arts, placed under the theme "Heritage Arts: An Eternal Nostalgia." This cultural and artistic event, organized by the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication (Department of Culture), is part of the efforts aimed at preserving Moroccan cultural heritage and valuing its material and intangible components, while strengthening the place of popular arts in the national cultural landscape as an essential component of national identity and collective memory. The program includes artistic evenings in which groups and troupes representing various expressions of popular heritage will take part. It also includes a tribute to the popular artist Zohour Bouhaji and the popular artist Mahjoub Azrideh, in recognition of their artistic careers and their contribution to the preservation of local musical heritage. The programming also includes cultural and literary meetings, notably an exchange with the writer Noureddine Riahi about his career and his transition from the judicial field to the literary world, as well as the presentation of books and the organization of an intellectual symposium around the theme of this edition.
