» A member of the Azemmour Municipal Council belonging to the Istiqlal Party was arrested on charges of defamation against his fellow council members, accusing them of receiving bribes amounting to 50,000 dirhams in exchange for voting to extend the delegation to the cleaning company for an additional seven months. Consequently, this member is the second to be arrested, as it is rumoured that the number of council members arrested on various charges has reached six.
