Hotel industry: Foundoukia Holding finalizes the acquisition of the Tivoli in Agadir

Agadir Seaside Club, a subsidiary of Foundoukia Holding, has finalized the acquisition of the Tivoli Hotel in Agadir, which has 280 rooms and suites. This operation marks the entry of Foundoukia Holding into Agadir.
As a reminder, Foundoukia Holding is a Moroccan group that owns the Sol Oasis Marrakech by Meliá hotel and the Iberostar Club Palmeraie Marrakech.
The Tivoli, acquired from CIH Bank, is part of Foundoukia Holding's development strategy and its desire to contribute to the renewal of the tourism offer in Morocco. With this acquisition, its portfolio now exceeds 800 rooms.
The group is also a partner of international hotel groups such as Meliá, Iberostar, and IHG.
