Tourism investments: 5 new projects in the pipeline in the Fès-Meknès region
Call for projects: Through this new operation, the CRI Fès-Meknès continues the dynamic initiated since the beginning of the year in terms of mobilizing land and promoting new tourism investments in the provinces of the region, particularly in territories with significant natural and cultural potential. A call for projects is now launched by the Regional Investment Center (CRI Fès-Meknès) for five new opportunities in Boulemane, Taounate, and El Hajeb. This operation is part of the strengthening of territorial attractiveness, the promotion of productive investment, and the emergence of structuring projects. It concerns gîtes, an ecomuseum, a tourist residence, and ecotourism and camping structures. Through the mobilization of public land, the objective is to enhance the natural and cultural assets of these provinces while promoting the emergence of structuring projects that create activity and jobs. "This call concerns investment opportunities to be developed on public land, through tourism accommodation, ecotourism, and camping projects, designed taking into account the natural, cultural, and landscape specificities of the territories concerned," specifies the CRI. In the province of Boulemane, it concerns the construction of a gîte in Tichoukt, on collective land of one hectare in the commune of Enjil, as well as an ecomuseum with lodges, also on collective land of one hectare, at the level of the commune of El Orjane. In the province of Taounate, the proposed project concerns a 3-star tourist residence "Miniature Village" in Kissane, designed in the style of the traditional Jbala Douar, on communal land with an area of 1.8 hectares. Two other opportunities are proposed in the province of El Hajeb, at the level of the commune of Aït Ouikhalfen. It concerns a tourist campsite from 4 stars, on forest land of 2.7 hectares, and a gîte from 4 stars, on forest land of 2.4 hectares. The new call is open to companies, individuals, societies, or consortiums of companies with the required skills and a solid financial base, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications. Petitioners are called upon to design and carry out their projects in accordance with the urban planning provisions applicable to the areas concerned and the requirements set.
