This concerns three judges who have been appointed to the bench at the Court of First Instance in Es-Semara, and a deputy to the King's Prosecutor at the same court.
In a speech on the occasion, Mr. Zaki Tijani congratulated the new judges who have joined this court on the precious Royal trust they have received, and called on them to be up to the heavy responsibility placed upon them by ensuring the achievement of justice with complete independence, impartiality, and integrity.
He emphasized that the new judges are also required to perform their duties with loyalty and sincerity, while respecting the fair application of the law, stressing the need to maintain the confidentiality of deliberations and to demonstrate, in all circumstances, the exemplary behavior befitting an honest and loyal judge.
The installation ceremony for the new judges took place in the presence of, in particular, the Governor of the Es-Semara province, Brahim Boutoumilate, the First President of the Court of Appeal in Laayoune, Brahim Ben Tizert, the Prosecutor General at the same court, Mohamed Rawi, as well as judicial officials and civil and military figures.
