Fès hosts a training session dedicated to «Artificial intelligence and human rights», organised by the Public Prosecution with the support of the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF).
The meeting is part of the institution’s 2026-2028 strategic plan. The main objective is to reconcile the use of cutting-edge technologies in the fight against crime with strict adherence to the rule of law.
While AI opens up new prospects for criminal investigations, its use must align with international standards, particularly those of UNESCO and the Council of Europe.
Structured around practical workshops and expertise sharing, the meeting focuses on the protection of personal data, respect for privacy, procedural guarantees, and the essential maintenance of human control in judicial decisions.
Each week, a prominent guest deciphers the challenges of the Moroccan economy.
