The Prefectural Council declares war on substandard housing

Meeting in an extraordinary session, the Fès Prefectural Council adopted several projects concerning, among other things, the fight against substandard housing and crime.The Fès Prefectural Council, meeting in an extraordinary session, adopted several partnership agreements concerning the fight against precarious housing, the improvement of the urban landscape, the equipment of regional security for the fight against crime, as well as the reprogramming of the budgetary surplus for the 2015 financial year. Thus, the first partnership agreement concerns the financing of the complementary program of the priority project aiming at the relocation of 1,200 households, whose homes are threatening to collapse, in the under-equipped neighborhoods of Jnanates, North Zone, Sahab El Ward, and Aouinat Al Houjjaj.
