Required documents
The Ministry of Interior provides this service to Moroccans residing in Morocco or abroad, as well as foreigners residing in Morocco, provided that the record contains an error and the person concerned is registered at the competent office and submits a request to the Minister of Interior, either personally or through an agent. The person concerned must then take this decision to the civil registry office where their birth certificate is held to carry out the requested change.
