Di Meo Calendar 2027, the Italian editorial project that honours Tangier for its 25th anniversary

Event: Tangier is in the spotlight in the Di Meo Calendar 2027, an edition titled "Naples-Tangier, Mediterranean Dialogues", which celebrates the 25th anniversary of this editorial, artistic, and cultural project dedicated to the links between Naples and the great cities of the world. Through the photographs of Massimo Listri and the texts of a dozen authors from Italian and international cultural circles, this edition offers a cross-look at two port cities whose history and identity have been nourished by exchanges between peoples, languages, and cultures, indicated the promoters of this initiative presented during a gala, Saturday evening at the headquarters of the Italian Institutions in Tangier. Conceived and directed by Generoso Di Meo, the calendar has been exploring, for a quarter of a century, the relationships between Naples and various Italian and international cities, by combining author photography, history, art, and literary contributions.
