The Mohammed VI Foundation for the Promotion of Social Works of Education-Training has proceeded to negotiate new preferential offers and to sign agreements with various real estate developers.
After Marrakech, Agadir, Kenitra, and Casablanca, the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Promotion of Social Works of Education-Training is organising, from 1 to 3 April 2016, the 5th edition of the Regional Housing Crossroads in Tangier.
The event aims to allow members of the Foundation to access real estate offers under preferential conditions. In this context, the Foundation announces, in a statement, that it has proceeded to negotiate new preferential offers with real estate developers and to sign agreements with Alliances, Al Omrane, CGI, Chaabi Lil Iskane, Dyar Al Mansour, Groupe Chaimaaz, CMKD, and Les Espaces Saada. "During the 2012-2014 period, the signing of these agreements made it possible to obtain discounts of a total amount exceeding 30 million dirhams," affirms the Foundation.
The Regional Housing Crossroads which will be held in Tangier will also be an opportunity for participants to take advantage of the presence of a significant number of developers, insurers, and banking companies to learn about the procedures for finalising real estate purchase transactions.
