Auto Nejma opens a new branch in Tanger

Auto Nejma opens a new branch in Tanger

Located on the Tanger-Rabat road axis, the new site adopts the global design standards established by Mercedes-Benz.

After Casablanca and Rabat (inaugurated at the end of 2012), Auto Nejma officially opened its third branch last week for the distribution of the Mercedes-Benz (passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and heavy goods vehicles), SsangYong and Mahindra brands. This time, the importer chose the city of Tanger, given the great commercial potential of the northern region (the fifth after Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech and Agadir), "before tackling other cities, notably Marrakech, whose branch will be inaugurated soon," indicates an Auto Nejma official.

The inauguration of the new site, which includes a showroom and an expertise centre, was made official by an evening where several Auto Nejma and Mercedes-Benz officials were present. The latter did not forget to recall the solid historical relationship that binds the two partners. According to Mohamed Amal Guedira, General Manager of Auto Nejma, this new branch is part of a strategy to develop Auto Nejma's activities in Morocco. "It is proof of the importance that the beautiful city of Tanger represents in our eyes and the need to get ever closer to our customers and friends". Located on the Tanger-Rabat road axis, the new site adopts the global design standards established by Mercedes-Benz.

Some 50 qualified employees bring this new modern and functional automotive space to life, which extends over more than 10,000 m².

The showrooms for new passenger and commercial vehicles cover an area of 1,300 m². A spare parts store and the mechanical and bodywork workshops occupy 2,200 m2, allowing for a capacity of 40 entries per day.

According to the officials, the investment, which amounts to 60 million DH, "testifies to the importance that Auto Nejma attaches to the quality of service that the inhabitants of Tanger and its region are entitled to expect from the brands represented".
