Abdramane Sylla visits Malian students in Tangier

During his participation in the meeting of the 'Migration' Committee of the Socialist International, held in Tangier on 2 and 3 May 2014, Mr Abdramane Sylla, Minister of Malians Abroad, learned of the death of the father of a Malian student in Tangier. The Minister made a point of travelling to the popular 'El Kharba' neighbourhood to offer his condolences to his young fellow citizen. The residents of the neighbourhood were very touched by this gesture of great humanistic significance, which denotes the interest that the brand-new Minister of the Malian government takes in the conditions of Malians residing abroad.
