The Amadeus Institute announces the organisation of the sixth edition of the MEDays International Forum, to be held from 13 to 16 November in Tangier, under the theme: "What emergences in an unstable world?".

The transformations of the Arab Spring, the exercise of power by moderate Islamists in North Africa, the Syrian conflict, the emergence of new security threats, energy challenges and green growth, growth in the service of development, and the shift of the centre of gravity of the global economy towards emerging powers will be the main themes proposed this year, the organisers indicate in a press release.

The exclusive Southern positioning of MEDays makes it a perennial event, around which emerging countries from Africa, Asia and Latin America meet to share their national and regional experiences. The global nature of the themes addressed also allows G20 and OECD member countries and representatives of large international companies to participate in this forum. The 2013 edition of MEDays will see a community of nearly 150 high-level speakers exchange ideas: heads of state and government, ministers, political leaders, Nobel Prize winners, business leaders...
