Tribute to Touria Jebrane at the opening

The Festival, organised by the International Centre for Performance Studies of Tangier in partnership with the Abdelmalek Essaâdi University and the International Centre for Research in Cultures and Performance (Germany), highlighted the role of the artist and former Minister of Culture in the development of the performing arts in Morocco and her personal qualities which placed her on the front line for the defence of artists and the values of freedom and modernity.
