Notaries of the North want to benefit from the Rennes experience

The president of the Chamber of Modern Notaries of the North, Kamal Rachoui, and the president of the regional council of notaries of the Rennes Court of Appeal in France, Jean Dugor, signed a twinning agreement between the regional bodies of the two notariats on Tuesday, April 2, in Tangier.
