The president of the Chamber of Modern Notaries of the North, Kamal Rachoui, and the president of the regional council of notaries of the Rennes Court of Appeal in France, Jean Dugor, signed a twinning agreement between the regional bodies of the two notariats on Tuesday, April 2, in Tangier. "This twinning agreement is part of a cooperation protocol signed on March 16 between the French High Council of Notaries and the National Chamber of Modern Notaries of Morocco," affirmed Mr. Rachoui.Furthermore, this national cooperation agreement has given rise to twinning protocols between regional bodies of Moroccan and French notaries, the first act of which was concluded between the two regional Chambers of Notaries of Rabat and Paris.
