The National School of Commerce and Management (ENCG) of Tangier will organise, on 21 and 22 June, the first international day of commerce and management. The work of this event will be inaugurated by a colloquium under the theme "Management of organisational performance: what specificities and what practices?". This event is intended to be a privileged moment to share knowledge and experiences with academics, renowned experts at the national and international levels, representatives of large companies in the region, as well as socio-economic institutions and professional associations. The participants will focus, for two days, on the problem of performance, its measurement, and its management, which has always aroused interest and controversy among management science researchers. "The question of performance management can no longer be analysed from the sole point of view of a domain or a function of the organisation or a discipline; it must now be thought of by other sub-disciplines of management such as strategy, marketing, management control...", according to the organisers. Incubated by the research groups of the ENCG of Tangier, namely researchers in "Finance, audit and marketing" (GREFAM) and those in "Management and information systems" (GREMSI), this event includes a series of thematic workshops bringing together the communications selected by the scientific committee of this event. The organisers also find it very important to integrate into the programme a doctoral consortium, which will be open to doctoral students conducting research projects in management sciences and focusing, among other things, on "Audit and financial management", "Audit of organisations", and "Management of information systems, industrial economics". This event will thus be an opportunity to present doctoral work in progress, which deals with the various aspects of the performance of companies and organisations in general.
