Several development projects for the Sidi Bouzid tourist site, falling under the rural commune of Moulay Abdellah Amghar (El Jadida province), were launched recently with the aim of positioning Sidi Bouzid among the leading tourist destinations at national and international levels. These projects concern the development of the site's main arteries, the strengthening of public lighting, and connection to the liquid sanitation network.
With a total cost of 2.3 million DH, the first phase of these projects concerns the development of Al Massira Boulevard, the corniche, and the construction of a fountain. The second phase, to which the Moulay Abdellah Communal Council has allocated 3.5 million DH, concerns the redevelopment of the “Tit” boulevard over a distance of 3 km.
The rural commune of Moulay Abdellah Amghar intends, as soon as the redevelopment work on this axial boulevard is finished, to launch the third phase of work for the redevelopment of all the arteries of the Sidi Bouzid tourist site and its connection to the liquid sanitation network.
