Twinning between Mohammedia and Oeiras

This partnership, concluded by the President of the Urban Commune of Mohammedia, Mohamed Mfadel, and the Mayor of Oeiras, Paolo Vistas, concerns collaboration and the exchange of experience and expertise in several fields, including the economy, culture, health, and education. The sports and environment sectors are also included. Furthermore, training for the staff of both communes is on the agenda. A joint action plan will be established annually by representatives of the two cities. This twinning is thus an opportunity to deepen the good relations that exist between Morocco and Portugal.It is also a privileged way to place the collaboration between the two cities in a historical, cultural, and economic context.
