250 million dirhams for the construction of 1,547 new social apartments
His Majesty King Mohammed VI proceeded, on Friday in the urban commune of Dar Bouâzza (province of Nouaceur), to the inauguration of the second phase of the "Al Amal" real estate project, which involves the construction of 1,000 social housing units.
As an integral part of the national social housing programme (250,000 DH), this project reflects the constant solicitude that the Sovereign surrounds the middle classes and low-income households with, by allowing them to access decent housing under advantageous conditions, as well as the royal will to create all the necessary and favourable conditions for balanced and sustainable human development.
