The Sovereign thus proceeded in the commune of Béni Bouayach to the launch of the integrated urban upgrading programme of the city (2013-2015), as well as to the inauguration of a reception, training and insertion centre for women in difficult situations and a social centre for the reception, training and integration of young people.
