A workshop for the construction of an eco-participatory garden
With a view to opening up and de-isolating the Sidi Moumen district from the rest of the metropolis, the "Les Étoiles de Sidi Moumen" cultural centre regularly organizes cultural and artistic activities and screenings for the benefit of the district's residents and Casablancans in general. The latest was a workshop called L'Jarda, in which several young people belonging to the centre participated. It involved the creation of an eco-participatory garden in Sidi Moumen, a shared green space open to all residents of the district, but only those wishing to invest in its management, garden freely, or host activities there.In parallel with this workshop, the Les Étoiles de Sidi Moumen centre is also organizing, in partnership with the Atelier de l'observatoire, "Urban Gardens", a cycle of workshops, research, collective creations, and interventions by contemporary artists to collectively reth…
