Car-free day

Chouaib Doukkali Boulevard, one of the main arteries of the Al Fida district falling under the Al Fida Mers Sultan district prefecture in Casablanca, was transformed during Sunday into a car-free space, which allows pedestrians to appropriate the urban space.This "Car-Free Day", initiated by the Al Fida urban commune, was the occasion to organise an event during which the public, particularly children, was made aware of issues of road safety, the prevention of traffic accidents, and the preservation of the environment.
