Environmental action plan for the city of Tetouan

The city of Tetouan has just been endowed with an annual environmental action plan, with the perspective of accompanying the projects carried out within the framework of the city's integrated economic and urban programme and meeting the expectations of the local population. The plan is supervised by the urban commune of Tetouan in collaboration with civil society associations and the company Sita El Beida, which is in charge of the delegated management of urban cleaning services. It provides for a programme of activities focused on the environment throughout the year, including workshops, training sessions, and awareness and communication campaigns, with the ambition of improving the quality of services provided in this area to the inhabitants of the city's various neighbourhoods.
