This is a large-scale real estate and tourist project that is gaining momentum at the Plage des Nations. The site has an ideal position. It is about ten kilometres north of Salé and about twenty minutes from the capital Rabat and Kénitra. It is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Kingdom with large stretches of fine sand. This residential and seaside tourist programme by Prestigia covers an area of nearly 500 hectares. Named Plage des Nations Beach Resort, the project is large-scale. It concerns the creation in the long term of 10,000 units and counts a total of 2,500 villas and 7,500 apartments. It has already developed four golf courses on its projects Marrakech Golf City (18 holes), Bouskoura Golf City (18 holes), Argan Golf Resort (27 holes) and Plage des Nations (18 holes) currently being completed. The total investment is around 522 million dirhams. In order to allow residents and visitors to fully enjoy the beauty of the site and to take walks in comfortable conditions, the Plage des Nations Beach Resort programme has launched work on the Corniche over a distance of 3.5 km. Also note that an interchange linking the site to the Kénitra-Rabat motorway has recently been built, which will inevitably ensure traffic flow. On the other hand, we can see that this major structuring project has on the one hand transformed the appearance of this region by making it more attractive and has had a positive socio-economic impact by offering the local population, particularly young people, direct and indirect employment opportunities.
